Renting Eurorentlei – Terms and Conditions

Information

Eurorentlei terms and conditions are printed in the back of each contract. Read it carefully.

Driver

All drivers must have a valid driving licence and photographic identification (passport) to be produced at time of rental. To rent a vehicle the drive must be at least 21 years old and over a year of driving.

Covers & Responsabilities

Prices include limited civil responsibility insurance (doesn’t include baggage) and fire. Prices include accident damages, vehicle total robbery or partial robbery, not limited on the vehicle class that is hired. EURORENTLEI offers a Death and personal damages Insurance once asked at the time of rental and are not included in the Total Cost Estimate quoted in this Reservation. The insurance costs €4/ day. This insurance covers all passengers. EURORENTLEI does not get any responsibility associated with damage and or theft of personal belongings which aren’t in the vehicle. EURORENTLEI does not get the responsibility on any fines which may incur during rental period. Fines will be directly charged to the client credit card.

Vehicle Delievery

The vehicle delivery takes place at EURORENTLEI. Car rental deliveries may take place at other specific locations. Additional charges may apply for this service. After vehicle inspection, any interior or exterior damage not recorded at the time of rental will be charged to the clients card.

Payment Conditions

You must pay the quoted charges which on redemption entitles you to the rental services in full at the time you make your booking on the website. The charges will be deducted from your credit, charge or debit card at the time of booking. The confirmation will not be issued until payment has been made in full. By the time of rental you will be asked for a security deposit according on the vehicle class that is hired. The deposit will be used to cover any damage made to the vehicle. Visa, American Express and MasterCard are accepted.

Minimum time of rent

The minimum period of time of renting is one day (24 hours).

Accidents and demages

All vehicles are delivery on perfect conditions. In case of accident, the client must inform the company by phone in 24hours. It’s recommend to the client to call to Travel insurance team, if necessary. EURORENTLEI recommends, in case of accident and damage, to contact the company immediately so Eurorentlei team can help you and attend all the process.

Petrol

Petrol isn’t include on prices. Vehicles must be delivery with the tank at same level. In other case it will be collect a service supplement of refill on the net price of the missing petrol.

Territoriality

The rent is valid in all continental Portugal territory. If the client wants to go to other countries, it's necessary to contact EURORENTLEI.
